• Centrifugal Pumps

    Updated:Oct 21,2016

Centrifugal pump, also called as Sand Pump in oilfield, is designed and developed as the “heart” and “workhorse” of your low-pressure mud system. This robust 2-1/2” diameter shaft, end suction, close grained cast iron pump, has been developed from both a dimensional and parts points of view to be totally interchangeable with most existing 2-1/2” diameter shaft Mission centrifugal pumps or Harrisburg pumps.

  • Centrifuge

    Updated:Oct 21,2016

Centrifuge is used to help maintain proper mud density and viscosity. In the arrangement of solid control equipment, centrifuge is the final processing unit to separate the heavier from the lighter solids. Four models are available for customer’s options, and customized centrifuge could be designed and provided as per customer’s requirements.

  • Degasser

    Updated:Oct 21,2016

Degasser, is specially used to remove entrained gas from a liquid, especially from a drilling fluid. Various degasser is available as per client’s exact requirements.

  • Desander

    Updated:Oct 21,2016

Desander is used in the second phase of drilling fluid purification to remove nocuous solid, stabilize drilling liquid properties and improve drilling efficiency. The larger internal diameter of desander, the greater the fluid capacity is. For desander with cone more than 10 inches, it is able to remove about 50% of solids within 40-50 micro range at 500 Gal/min.

  • Desilter-REV

    Updated:Oct 21,2016

Desilter is essential in the third phase of drilling fluid purification. For solids with particles ranging from 15 to 47 microns, desilter will be used for purification.
